Return Policy & CancellationsUG’s products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and they are under warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt. Any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 90 days after the date of receipt. University Graphix will refund shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if University Graphix made a mistake in the shipment of your order. At this time, University Graphix only processes returns and does not offer exchanges. If the customer desires to make an exchange, the merchandise must be returned and a new order must be placed at www.universitygraphix.com Please note: Coupon codes are good only for one purchase. Additionally, the customer cannot exchange any of the items purchased with the coupon. Any new orders to replace returned items will not be eligible for a discount. The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by UG, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
