    What forms of payment are accepted?
    UniversityGraphix.com accepts all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards for purchases. We also accept payments using Paypal. Gift certificates and coupon codes may also be used to fund purchases. UniversityGraphix.com does accept checks or money orders but they may delay the manufacturing of your order.

    Is paying by credit card online secure?
    Yes, using a credit card to pay for your order is completely secure. All information is encrypted when it is sent to us and cannot be accessed by outside parties when being transmitted. Additionally, after we receive you order, all information is stored on a secure server that cannot be accessed from the internet. If you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, call University Graphix to provide your credit card information.

    When will my order ship?
    Most orders are shipped the same day. However, orders may take up to 1 week before shipping due to product stock levels, customizations, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a specific date that you need the product please specify the date during checkout AND contact University Graphix to ensure we can meet your time line. Selecting Express or overnight shipping does not imply that your order will be shipped that day or any specific date that you list.

    We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on www.UniversityGraphix.com. In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified.

    You will be billed for items purchased with a credit card upon purchase. You will receive an email when the items are readied for shipping.

    Can I have my order rushed?
    Yes, orders can be rushed, however, additional charges may apply. Please call us to ensure we can meet your deadline! 310-536-1215. You will not be charged extra unless the charges are authorized by the card holder. If we see a potential problem with the order and it being classified as a rush order we will contact you first before starting the order. If you would like to know how much it would cost to have your product rushed, please contact Customer Service.

    Can I make changes to my order?
    Requests for changes to your order must be received before the order is produced and/ or shipped.

    Most changes will be corrected at no cost to you. If your order required production, changes might not be possible.

    I need my order by a specific date.
    Remember to put the date you would like your product by in the Comments box at checkout AND contact a University Graphix to ensure we can meet your time line. Express and Overnight shipping methods will decrease the shipping time, but do not affect manufacturing time.

    Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination. Be sure and CALL prior to placing your order to receive an estimated delivery date.

    Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links. Please call to receive your estimated delivery date.

    Can't add products to basket/Empty basket issues
    If you can't add a product to your cart, the item may be out of stock. If this is the case, please email UniversityGraphix and request an inventory check.

    If you are having troubles with adding items to your basket and keeping them in your basket while you are shopping you will need to check your internet browser's cookie settings. Make sure they are set either to Medium High or lower. If you cannot or do not want to change your cookie settings, you can add http://www.universitygraphix.com to your allowed sites and it will correct this issue. UniversityGraphix.com uses cookies to enable a faster shopping experience and some school computers have set their computer settings to the level High for security to ensure limited problems with their computers.

    Change cookie settings (Internet Explorer)
    1. Click on the Tools link on the top of Internet Explorer window.
    2. Click on Internet Options (bottom of drop down).
    3. Click on the Privacy tab.
    4. Move the slider in the settings section to Medium High or lower.
    5. Then click Apply and then OK.
    You may have to close your browser and reopen it for these changes to take effect.

    Add UniversityGraphix.com to your allowed sites list (Internet Explorer)
    1. Click on the Tools link on the top of Internet Explorer window.
    2. Click on Internet Options (bottom of drop down).
    3. Click on the Privacy tab.
    4. Click on the button that says Sites.

    How will my order be shipped?
    We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. You will sometimes have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery.
    The following is a list of available shipping methods by location.
    United States (physical address)

  • UPS Ground (3-5 business days, no Saturday delivery)
  • UPS 3 Day Select(3 business days, no Saturday delivery)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business day, no Saturday delivery)

  • UniversityGraphix.com's international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

    UniversityGraphix.com does reserve the right to upgrade your shipping at no cost to you if we feel time is a factor in delivery of your order. If you need your order by a specific date please contact Customer Service for help in choosing the appropriate shipping method.

    When will I receive my order?

The day you place your order does not count in manufacturing time. After your order is manufactured the time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method you chose.     ***NOTICE*** If your order is being shipped to a campus address handled by a campus mail system your order may be delayed. This is delay is out of the control of UniversityGraphix.com. Mail is delivered to the campus mail center and then distributed to students. If you need your order by a specific date please keep this in mind when ordering.

    What countries do you ship to?
    UniversityGraphix.com ships orders all across the United States, its territories, and to Canada. If you need to ship an order to another country, just send us an email or call us to arrange your shipment.

    How do I track my shipment?
    Every package sent by UniversityGraphix.com has a tracking number. This number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. The email will be sent to the address associated with your Shipping Address. You can also check your order status and tracking information online at UniversityGraphix.com.

    I only received part of my order.
    UniversityGraphix.com will occasionally ship your order partially if one or more pieces will cause a significant delay in shipment. Also if we cannot meet a deadline for your order we may ship part of your order so that you will at least receive some of it on time. We try to ship all orders as a whole. Some reasons for shipping your order partial are out of stock/back ordered items, or items with extra customization added.

    Yes, we can customize your items. Many of these customization options are available directly on the product pages. If you would like at add additional customizations to a product please contact Customer Service for available customizations and current prices.

    Can I return all/part of my order?
    We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you purchase from UniversityGraphix.com. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees. The item must be unworn & unwashed or defective. All returns must be accompanied by an order number, name, and email address. Your credit will be issued after we receive the item and verify its condition.

    All customized items are not eligible for return/refund unless the item is incorrect. Customizations include, but are not limited to: names, numbers, college/university, class, line, etc.

    I received damaged or defective clothing.
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of UniversityGraphix.com.

    If there is extensive damage to the packaging upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you call. If possible please photograph the package before opening it and inspecting the contents.

    How do I return an item/order?
    To return an item, mail it the address below, with the following information or your original invoice:

  • Order Number/Customer PO Number
  • Date that the customer received the order
  • Returned items must be unworn and unwashed in new condition unless a defective claim is being made.
  • Name and Style of the item(s)
  • Color and Size of the item(s)

    All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use and insured and trackable method for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not held accountable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are being shipped back to us.

    How will I be credited?
    You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect.

    Orders can be canceled until the order  has been produced or shipped.To cancel your order please contact a Customer Service Representative as soon as possible. Once you receive the item(s) you may return it by following the return instructions.

    Why did UniversityGraphix.com cancel my order?
    Orders may be canceled in part or in full by UniversityGraphix.com for a variety of reasons including:
  • Item is no longer available or on back order longer than 2 weeks
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Inability to ship to address provided
  • If you purchase a wholesale item without meeting the minimum quantity (20 Items)
  • Other reasons not specifically outlined here

    If your order is canceled, you will be notified via e-mail. You will not be billed for any canceled items. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be re-processed and must be re-submitted. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those that are no longer available, contact us for suggestions.

    How do I get a coupon code?
    UniversityGraphix.com will periodically send emails to past customers. These emails contain information about current sales, and often have a coupon code to use for additional savings. If you are a past customer you should be receiving these emails already. If you would like, you can sign up for our mailing list to receive these emails. UniversityGraphix.com may also issue a coupon code to a customer as store credit for a past purchase.

    How do I use my coupon code?
    Coupon codes are enter during checkout on the same screen where you choose your shipping and payment method. Please enter the coupon exactly as it is given to you. Some coupons have an expiration date. If you try to use the coupon after that date it will not work. Coupons cannot be used to discount the purchase of Gift Certificates.

    Purchasing gift certificates.
    Gift certificates from UniversityGraphix.com can be purchased for the given amounts. You must enter the recipients name and email address. There is also space to add an optional note to be included with the gift certificate. All gift certificates expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. After UniversityGraphix.com receives payment for your order the gift certificate will automatically be emailed to the recipient. The recipient will receive information about the gift certificate. This will include the purchaser's name, gift certificate amount, the gift certificate key, and the expiration date. There is also a link to UniversityGraphix.com so the recipient can shop for items they want. If a gift certificate's value is not completely used that amount is saved and can be used again on future purchases.

    Using a gift certificate.
    To use a gift certificate from UniversityGraphix.com you will enter the gift certificate key during checkout. On the page where you choose your shipping and payment types there is a box to enter the gift certificate key. Enter the key an click the redeem button. You can then choose your shipping and payment type. Any additional amount left on the gift certificate will be saved and can be used on any future purchases. Gift certificates expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. The exact expiration date is located in the email originally sent to you. If an item is purchased with a gift certificate and subsequently returned, the refund will be reapplied to the gift certificate. Gift certificates can not be used to purchase other gift certificates.
