Just add the total number of shirts ordered to the "Customize the Back" item box.

For example, if you are ordering 5 small, 10 Large, 10 XL, then add "25" to the "Customize the Back" item box.

Enter the above information desired on the back of the shirt and the location, into the comments area at checkout. We will send you a proof of the back before production!
